1. Acceptance of Terms

2. About Belloom

Belloom is a beauty discovery, comparison, and booking connection platform designed to help users find trusted beauty professionals and help beauty businesses improve visibility, trust, and booking conversion. Belloom is not a generic local business directory and is not intended to function as a simple vendor marketplace. Belloom is designed as a curated beauty search portal and growth platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Belloom for account registration, business submissions, paid services, or business-related actions.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • all activity under your account,
  • providing accurate, complete, and current information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Belloom or other users.

5. Listings and Business Profiles

Belloom may allow businesses to create, claim, submit, or manage profile listings. By submitting any listing content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own or control the rights to the submitted content,
  • the content is accurate and not misleading,
  • the content does not violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right,
  • you have the right to publish all text, images, logos, pricing, offers, links, and business information submitted to Belloom.

Belloom reserves the right to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listing content at its sole discretion.

6. Use of Belloom

You may use Belloom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • submit false, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content,
  • impersonate any person or business,
  • scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse site data,
  • upload malware, spam, or harmful code,
  • interfere with site functionality, performance, or security,
  • misuse Belloom’s lead, inquiry, or business tools,
  • misrepresent pricing, service availability, reviews, credentials, or business ownership.

7. Third-Party Booking, Websites, and Services

Belloom may link users to third-party booking systems, official business websites, maps, reviews, social media pages, or other third-party services. Belloom does not control and is not responsible for:

  • third-party booking systems,
  • third-party website content,
  • third-party privacy or security practices,
  • cancellations, refunds, transactions, scheduling disputes, or service quality handled outside Belloom.

When a user leaves Belloom and visits a third-party website or booking page, that third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Paid Plans, Growth Services, and Add-Ons

Belloom may offer subscription plans, premium listing exposure, profile upgrades, website services, booking setup, review tools, marketing services, printing services, POS-related services, and other business growth services.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • fees are billed as described at checkout or in a separate written agreement,
  • subscriptions may renew automatically on a recurring basis,
  • setup fees, service fees, custom work fees, and implementation fees may be non-refundable once work has begun,
  • add-on services may be governed by separate proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

9. Payments and Renewals

By purchasing a subscription or service, you authorize Belloom or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping payment information current,
  • paying all charges when due,
  • any taxes, processing fees, or related charges where applicable.

Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of access or services.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

  • monthly subscriptions may be canceled on a forward-looking basis,
  • fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable,
  • one-time setup, custom content, design, implementation, consulting, or onboarding fees may be non-refundable once work has started,
  • Belloom may issue refunds, credits, or adjustments in its sole discretion.

11. No Guarantee of Leads, Rankings, or Revenue

Belloom may provide visibility, profile exposure, search placement, review-related tools, booking connection tools, or growth-related services, but Belloom does not guarantee:

  • a specific ranking,
  • a specific number of profile views,
  • a specific number of inquiries,
  • a specific number of leads,
  • a specific number of bookings,
  • a specific amount of revenue,
  • uninterrupted availability or performance of the platform.

Any examples, projections, or growth-related descriptions are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.

12. Independent Business Responsibility

Each listed business on Belloom is independently owned and operated. Belloom does not supervise, control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

  • service quality,
  • pricing,
  • business conduct,
  • licensing or certifications,
  • sanitation or safety practices,
  • availability,
  • customer results,
  • service outcomes,
  • disputes between users and listed businesses.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and choosing a listed business.

13. Marketing and Communications Consent

By submitting a demo request, inquiry form, onboarding form, contact request, consultation request, or business profile through Belloom, you agree that Belloom may contact you regarding:

  • your request,
  • onboarding,
  • listing setup,
  • subscriptions,
  • growth tools,
  • marketing support,
  • related Belloom services and opportunities.

Where required by law, Belloom will obtain applicable consent for promotional email or SMS communications, and you may opt out in accordance with applicable instructions.

14. Reviews, Ratings, and Public Information

Belloom may display ratings, reviews, review links, public business information, or profile-related information obtained from businesses, users, or other lawful sources. Belloom does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party review or rating data.

15. Intellectual Property

All Belloom branding, design, site content, platform content, graphics, software, copy, and related materials are owned by Belloom or its licensors, except for user-submitted content and properly attributed third-party materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit Belloom materials without prior written permission.

16. User Content License

By submitting content to Belloom, you grant Belloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use such content for operating, marketing, improving, and providing Belloom and its related services.

You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to this license.

17. Disclaimers

Belloom is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belloom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belloom and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, bookings, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of Belloom,
  • your inability to use Belloom,
  • third-party services,
  • listed businesses,
  • bookings or inquiries,
  • user content,
  • business disputes,
  • interrupted service.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belloom and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of Belloom,
  • your account,
  • your content,
  • your listings,
  • your violation of these Terms,
  • your violation of any law or third-party right.

20. Suspension and Termination

Belloom may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, an account, a listing, or any service at any time, with or without notice, if Belloom believes that:

  • you violated these Terms,
  • you created risk for Belloom or others,
  • you submitted misleading or unlawful content,
  • you failed to pay required fees,
  • you misused the platform or its tools.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

22. Dispute Resolution and Venue
